IDM Film & Music Commission Südtirol aims to develop and strengthen the South Tyrolean film and music landscape, financing local and international projects. Due to the region’s geographical location and bilingualism, it has a particular focus on co-productions. IDM’s mandate includes supporting productions to enhance the region’s reputation as a professional film destination.

The Berlinale Co-Production Market (24th edition: February 2027) brings together ca. 600 international producers, sales agents, distributors, broadcasters, platforms and fund representatives who are active in international co-productions. Approx. 35 feature film and 10 drama series projects are presented, and around 1500 one-on-one meetings are pre-scheduled for them.

Cairo Film Connection is the co-production platform of Cairo International Film Festival. It supports Arab film projects in development and post-production by connecting filmmakers with international producers, funds, and distributors through curated one-on-one meetings and industry networking opportunities.

Renowned for advancing co-productions and connecting emerging talent with European and international markets, it offers year-round training, curated networking, and strategic access to industry stakeholders—strengthening the creative and business capacity of the region’s audio-visual sector.

Connecting cottbus (coco) is an East West co-production market and a networking platform focusing on Eastern European cinema during the FilmFestival Cottbus. Celebrating close to three decades of excellence, we showcase 13 feature film projects and 6 works in progress for industry audiences to potentially engage in powerful partnerships. Projects must connect to Eastern Europe in subject or production context.

TIFF’s AGORA (November) is Greece’s biggest annual industry event offering various networking opportunities for the global film industry. Its programs include the Crossroads Co-production Forum, Works in Progress, Thessaloniki Locarno Industry Academy, Agora Short Film Lab, Bridge to the North, Industry Talks and more. AGORA also runs during TIDF (March) Its programs include the Thessaloniki Pitching Forum, Agora Docs in Progress and the new AGORA XR Lab including many more exciting activities.

Eurimages, the Council of Europe’s film fund, has supported 2,650+ international co-productions since 1989. Operating in 40 member states, it provides financial backing for feature-length fiction, animation and documentary films made as co-productions, supports exhibition and promotes early-stage marketing and project development whilst championing gender equality, diversity and sustainability in filmmaking.

Guadalajara International Film Festival is the most relevant cinematographic rendezvous in Latin-America, due to the quality and relevance of its film program, the filmmakers, the national and international delegates that attend every year. The Guadalajara Film Market is the ideal space to build strong relationships while doing business with the professionals of the industry.

Finnish Film Affair is the international industry event of Helsinki International Film Festival – Love & Anarchy. Taking place for the 15th edition on 23–25.9.2026, FFA gathers 550 audiovisual professionals together to mingle amongst project pitches, topical panels, workshops, and of course sauna!

The Baltic Event Co-Production Market and TV Beats Co-Financing Market, part of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event at the Black Nights Film Festival, connect films and series in development with co-producers, financiers, and sales agents. 25 projects, including children and youth content, are selected yearly for meetings with decision-makers. In 2026, the series co-financing market takes place November 16-17, and film co-production market November 18-20.

Industry@Vilnius Film Festival is the industry platform of the Vilnius International Film Festival, bringing together film professionals during the festival to connect, exchange ideas and explore collaboration opportunities through networking events and curated industry activities.

Jakarta Film Week is an international film festival in Jakarta, Indonesia. Established in 2021, with the support from Jakarta City Government, Jakarta Film Week focus on showcasing and promoting new talents, screens international films, and bridge the opportunities for local and international filmmakers. To create an industry hub along with the festival, In 2023 Jakarta Film Week established JFW NET Industry Program that consist of flagship program such as Producers Lab, Pitching Forum, Talents Hub, and Festival Meeting.

The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival celebrates its 60th edition and the 80th anniversary of its founding in 2026. One of Europe’s longest-running A-category film festivals, it has built a strong tradition of presenting around 180 films each year to both industry professionals and the public, creating a vibrant meeting point for international cinema.

MAFF, Málaga Festival Fund & Co-Production Event, is one of the Mafiz industry events at FESTIVAL DE MÁLAGA. MAFF supports emerging projects through mentoring, training, and networking, uniting international co-production funds to boost financing and global industry connections.

MIA | Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo is a curated market and a premium industry gathering for key players and content. MIA offers a diverse array of specific programs, featuring dedicated Co-production Markets and Pitching Forums, Content Showcases, Works in Progress, Market Screenings, tailored Networking Activities, and an impressive lineup of Conferences tackling the latest and hottest topics among industry insiders.

MIDPOINT Institute is an international audiovisual training and networking institution offering comprehensive professional support in film and series development, individual skills development, and post-production.

New Nordic Films is a key Nordic film market showcasing outstanding feature films and hosting the Nordic Co-Production Market—an ideal gateway to discover new projects, connect with international partners, and meet emerging talents. Held during the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund August 25–28, the 32nd edition will welcome around 350 industry professionals from nearly 30 countries.

SOFIA MEETINGS is a co-production market organized within the framework of the SIFF and presents Feature Films Pitching – Focus: presentation of 1st, 2nd/3rd feature fiction film, TV series pitching, Works in Progress. Beside the main program there is a focus on Immersive/VR media, alternative financing, distribution, book adaptation and workshops, panels, case studies: all that in a friendly informal atmosphere.

TorinoFilmLab, organised by the Museo Nazionale del Cinema, accompanies auteurs and audiovisual professionals in the realisation of their ideas: developing a screenplay in the writing process, facing the different aspects of production, supporting them financially, providing visibility and networking opportunities. Since 2008, over 250 films and series developed by TFL reached their audiences.

The Gotham celebrates and nurtures independent film and media creators, providing career-building resources, access to industry influencers, and pathways to wider recognition. The organization, under the leadership of Executive Director and award-winning producer Jeffrey Sharp, The Gotham fosters a vibrant and sustainable, independent creative community through its year-round programs, which include Gotham EDU, Gotham Week, The LAIKA x The Gotham Animation Accelerator, The Gotham Awards, Filmmaker Magazine, and Expanding Communities.

RoDays Industry Events at Transilvania IFF bring together filmmakers, producers and industry professionals through panels, workshops, screenings, and networking opportunities that support talent development and international collaboration. A key component is Transilvania Pitch Stop, where up to 10 debut or second-feature projects from the region are presented to potential partners and financiers.

Every year When East Meets West brings together more than 700 film professionals from over 60 countries. The programme is based on an annual East and West double focus and includes several activities: a co-production forum, works in progress sections, a slate management workshop, a showcase of short projects and a series of inspirational labs.
