Each year, a number of the documentary field’s most prominent, specialized sales agents, set up camp at the Cannes Docs venue to hold their meetings and promote their lineup.

Over the years, we have welcomed such companies as Cinephil, Dogwoof, Lightdox, MetFilm Sales, Rise and Shine World Sales, Syndicado Film Sales, Together Films, Mediawan Rights, CAT&Docs, Autlook Filmsales, ARTicle Films, FiGa Films… and more!

They have all widely contributed in creating the very unique, buzzy and friendly Cannes Docs atmosphere, which has become one of our much-appreciated distinctive features.

Cinephil

Dogwoof is a London-based documentary film company integrating production, sales, and theatrical distribution. Dogwoof has released 37 Oscar-nominated documentaries, including seven winners, alongside five BAFTA-winning films. Lightdox is a French and Swiss-based international sales and distribution agency dedicated to powerful, transformative documentary storytelling. MetFilm Sales is an international sales agency dedicated to high-quality features and series with strong global relevance. Since starting in 2017 in documentary, we recently expanded into fiction sales with a focus on pre-sales, packaging, festival strategy, financing, and worldwide distribution.
