Ludovica has been working as a sustainability manager on film sets for several years, while researching and fostering the implementation of sustainable practices, tech and policies among film institutions and the industry. Consolidating her path as CEO for EcoMuvi, she is responsible for the protocol’s most recent upgrade and application on various features and audiovisual projects.

EcoMuvi, created in 2013, analyses all phases of production and works to concretely implement proactive measures of impact reduction for each department and activity. These measures are tailored to each production’s needs and logistically carried out with the help of an experienced EcoMuvi manager. EcoMuvi has been accredited by Accredia as a recognized Eu standard in the September of 2022.

Rico Johnson-Sinclair, Skills and Training Director at Warner Bros. Discovery, leads CrewHQ at Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden, emphasizing inclusion in crew development. He founded CineQ, a queer film festival, prioritizing marginalized voices. Rico consults on LGBTQIA+ & QTBIPOC inclusion events. Previously, he served as Race Equality Lead at the British Film Institute. Rico also produced Sweet Mother and directed PREY, both funded by BFI.

Eiko Mizuno Gray is CEO and producer at Loaded Films, Tokyo. Her credits include Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s “To the Ends of the Earth” and Chie Hayakawa’s “Plan 75” (Cannes Caméra d’Or Special Mention 2022, Japan’s official Oscar entry 2023). Her latest production, Hayakawa’s “Renoir”, screened in the official competition at Cannes 2025.

Lithuanian film producer Marija Razgutė is the founder of Vilnius-based M-Films. Her recent credits include How to Divorce During the War (Sundance 2026; World Cinema Dramatic Directing Award), The Visitor (Best Director, Karlovy Vary 2025), and the Ukrainian–Lithuanian co-production To the Victory! (Best Film, Toronto 2025), as well as Slow (Sundance 2023). M-Films has twice won Best Baltic Producer for Co-production at Tallinn PÖFF (2023, 2025). She has been a Board Member for European Film Academy since 2024.

M-Films is a Lithuanian film production company established by producer Marija Razgutė in 2008. At the moment M-Films is one of the most active companies in the country focusing on international co-productions aimed for cinemas and TV. Sten Saluveer is a futurist, strategist, and educator at the intersection of content, technology, and innovation. He curates Cannes Next at the Marché du Film, co-steers the Tallinn Digital Summit hosted by the Prime Minister of Estonia, and heads the AI MiniMBA at Denmark’s National Film School. He founded Storytek Innovation Lab, has co-produced half a dozen films, and advises Future Media Hubs.

Storytek Innovation Lab is a boutique innovation consultancy bridging screen industries, technology, and policy. Working with the National Film School of Denmark, Taipei Film Academy, Focal Medici and many screen institutions across Europe and Asia, Storytek advises leaders and executives, designs AI and innovation programs, fund structures, and innovation platforms for the global screen industry.

Caroline von Kuhn is the Executive Director of Oxbelly (Greece). von Kuhn has a speciality in artist development and film financing initiatives, formerly serving as Director of Industry and Catalyst at the Sundance Institute after launching SFFILM Invest. She was Co-Founder of the Points North Institute (Camden International Film Festival), where she remains on the Board of Directors.

Oxbelly, founded by Christos V. Konstantakopoulos, is a nonprofit dedicated to fostering storytelling and a stronger creative economy through global collaborations.Through its annual Retreat it supports writers in film and literary fiction. Oxbelly also develops initiatives to address industry barriers, expand financing access, and promote a more sustainable and equitable film ecosystem.

Anam Abbas is Pakistani-Canadian, produced “Showgirls of Pakistan” (IDFA2020) and directed “This Stained Dawn” (Sheffield Doc/Fest 2021). She produced Zarrar Kahn’s debut fiction feature, “In Flames“, which opened at Director’s Fortnight at Cannes in 2023, won the Golden Yusr at the Red Sea FF, and was Pakistan’s Oscar entry. Anam is one of the founders of the Documentary Association of Pakistan.

Telefilm Canada is a Crown corporation dedicated to the success of Canada’s audiovisual industry, fostering access and excellence by delivering programs that support cultural resonance and audience engagement. With a lens of equity, inclusivity and sustainability, Telefilm bolsters dynamic companies and a range of creative talent at home and around the world. Telefilm also makes recommendations regarding the certification of audiovisual coproduction treaties to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, and administers the programs of the Canada Media Fund.

Kati Eriksen drifted in the film industry through her personal short documentary Home River (2023), which led to founding production company Home River Media. With a background in Sámi rights advocacy and cross-border cultural work, she produces Sámi-led films. Her strengths are project management, financing, and building sustainable productions.

The International Sámi Film Institute (ISFI) is dedicated to providing Sámi people with the skills and economic opportunities to develop, produce, and distribute Sámi films in the Sámi languages. It offers various selective support schemes on production and distribution for minority Dutch co-productions. Lilla Berry is a Yankunytjatjara artist and film maker. She has produced two short documentary’s for Australian broadcasters, as well as two narrative short films currently in post production, as well her debut writer/director short, The Secret. As a producer she is developing an option for Tim Winton’s Signs of Life, and is currently in production for her psychological thriller, The Debt.

Screen Australia is the Australian Government agency supporting the development, production, and promotion of Australian screen content across all platforms. It administers the Producer Offset and Co-production program and helps develop Australian talent by expanding skills, growing businesses, and fostering international networks. It invests in films, TV, documentaries, children’s content, online series, games, and First Nations projects, while providing industry data and research.

Hailing from Nistawâyâw, Olivia is a Two-Spirit Michif Producer and filmmaker. Their producing credits include; Justin Ducharme’s Seventeen, Jaap van Heusden & Vinnie Karetak’s In Alaska, Mayumi Yoshida’s Akashi as an Associate Producer, and their film, pîķîwî ass a Producer. They are alumni of the NSI’s IndigiDocs, GEMs’ Tricksters & Writers’ and Audible’s Indigenous Writers’ Circle programs.

Per-Josef Idivuoma born and raised among what the Americans call Rudolf, in the town of Idivuoma in Northern Sweden. He also gained his community name, Gákte Biera, for always wearing the traditional clothes of the Sámi people. He is a proud Sámi, the indigenous people of northern Europe, who are known to be the inventors of ski’s. Although, Gákte Biera is not an avid skier.

Sreymom is a Cambodian film producer working in documentary, fiction, and TV. She’s worked with UNICEF, GIZ, and USAID, directed 2 shorts, co-directed the feature doc “Mother, there’s a star in me” (CIFF 2025), and won awards for socially impactful films. Her short film “How to Cut a Watermelon” is currently in distribution.

Anti-Archive is a Cambodian production company created in 2014 to produce a new generation of Cambodian filmmakers, as well as international directors shooting in Cambodia and Southeast Asia. Its films have premiered around the world, including Cannes, Venice, Berlin, Sundance, and Locarno. Anti-Archive also initiates film-related workshops and events to support the local cultural industry.

Trisha Morton-Thomas is an Australian writer, producer, director and actor with over 25 years’ experience across film and television. A former Senior Commissioning Editor at NITV, she is now a principal of NT-based Brindle Films. Her work spans drama, comedy and documentary including Redfern Now, 8MMM Aboriginal Radio, Total Control, MaveriX, Kangaroo and Journey Home: David Gulpilil.

Leul Shoaferaw is an Ethiopian producer based in Addis Ababa and the founder of WAG Entertainment. His work has screened at FESPACO, the New York African Film Festival, and the Durban International Film Festival. In 2025, he produced the M-Net anthology series Addis Fikir (Addis Love). He is an alumnus of Talents Durban, Locarno Open Doors, and the EFM Toolbox Distribution Academy.

The East African Screen Collective is a coalition of companies and organizations advocating for narrative sovereignty in the screen-based sectors (TV, film and digital) in Eastern Africa. The collective aims to increase the production and export of content from the region and support the sector’s stabilization and growth.

Rosalien Hollestelle is a producer at Amsterdam-based BIND, producing fiction and documentaries that blend emotional depth and humor. Her credits include Ma Mere et Moi (Berlinale Generation), The Butlers (Prix Europa), and Outliving Shakespeare (IDFA). She participated in Rotterdam Lab, ACE Training Days, IDFAcademy, INTRO:DOX, and APostLab.

Suruchi Sharma is a filmmaker and founder of Studio Ainak, producing culturally rooted cinema from Rajasthan. Her slate includes Chetak (Cinekid Lab 2024, NFDC 2024), Kunchok and His Many Moons (feature doc, Tokyo Docs 2021), Sandstorm (in post production), and Gagan Gaman (MAMI 2024). Her work explores heritage, identity, and marginalized voices through documentary and fiction.

Jasmin A Singh is a Mumbai-based producer and filmmaker, and an alumna of USC School of Cinematic Arts and NYU Tisch. She began her career at Disney ABC in Los Angeles before returning to India, where she has worked on one series and four feature films with Andolan Films and Bhansali Productions. She founded Jazbaaaat Productions in 2023 and is now producing her first independent feature.
