The second edition of Cannes Gala, an official event held during the Marché du Film in collaboration with Cannes Next, will take place on 18 May 2025. Organized by film studio NOMA, the Gala presents a unique international salon celebrating creativity, cultural legacy, and forward-looking innovation.
Following its acclaimed debut in 2024, this year’s edition once again brings together over 150 global guests —including artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders — for an evening that merges formal recognition with refined cross-disciplinary exchange.
Guided by the Theme “Honest and Noble”
Built around the theme “Honest and Noble,” Cannes Gala places emphasis on aspiration and contribution over fame or status. It honors individuals and organizations who have made significant cultural, technological, or social impact across borders.
This year’s program will feature:
- A formal award ceremony recognizing achievements in fields such as music, animation, space, technology, fashion, cultural heritage, and the performing arts
-
A charity auction to support next-generation creators and preserve artistic heritage
A Global Cultural Salon
Often described as the “Met Gala of the content industry,” Cannes Gala serves as a distinguished platform where leading creators, cultural institutions, and innovators converge. It is not merely a gathering, but a ceremony designed to foster meaningful dialogue across disciplines and generations.
Cannes Gala embraces three essential roles:
-
A prestigious cultural salon for international creative leaders
-
A stage for honoring future-focused contributions across diverse industries
- A platform for preserving and passing down cultural values, inspiring new forms of artistic and social legacy
Registration is now open for the 2025 Cannes Gala!
