The Producers Network is the go-to place for producers seeking to make the most out of their time in Cannes.

Launched 16 years ago, the Producers Network welcomes more than 400 producers from all around the world for a series of meetings and unique events specifically designed to create opportunities to build your peer network and get international co-production projects off the ground.

2023 PRESENTING PARTNERS

DEENTAL-ACP programme

The DEENTAL-ACP programme was launched in 2020 by the CNC with the financial collaboration of the European Union and the organisation of ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) States. It allows for better financing of ACP projects that have won the Aide aux cinémas du monde and/or the Fonds pour la jeune création francophone and to set up support mechanisms in connection with festivals in Europe and in ACP countries.

Thessaloniki IFF & Greek Film Centre

The Greek Film Centre is the main institution applying cinematographic policy in Greece by funding domestic films (Development/Production), promoting Greek Cinema domestically and internationally (Hellas Film) and facilitating international productions shooting in Greece (Hellenic Film Commission).
Thessaloniki Film Festival is the leading Cinema institution in Greece. TFF’s annual activity includes the organisation of both International Film & Documentary Festivals and AGORA, its industry event. In addition, TIFF runs a 4 screens cinema complex, the Thessaloniki Cinema Museum and the Thessaloniki Cinematheque as well as a Cinema Library which are housed at the picturesque port of Thessaloniki.

Cinema from Spain

Cinema from Spain is the umbrella brand created and supported by ICEX Spain Trade & Investment to promote the Spanish film industry around the globe. ICEX is the public business entity of the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Tourism whose main purpose is to promote the internationalization of the Spanish economy and companies and to improve their competitiveness, as well as attracting and promoting foreign investment in Spain. In this context ICEX is supporting the film industry including content and co-production. As for ICAA (Instituto de la Cinematografía y de las Artes Audiovisuales), is an independent body ascribed to the Ministry of Culture, that promotes, regulates and provides funding to cinematographic and audiovisual activities, programming policies to support the Spanish film industry and audiovisual production.

Spcine is the city of São Paulo Film and Audiovisual Company focused on the development of film, TV, games and new media industries. Projeto Paradiso is a Brazilian private foundation aimed at the professional development of talents in the audiovisual sector, connecting them with training and business opportunities around the world. Cinema do Brasil is a program for the internationalization and promotion of Brazilian cinema abroad, created by the São Paulo Audiovisual Industry Guild (SIAESP) in 2006.

The Baltics

The Estonian Film Institute, National Film Centre of Latvia and Lithuanian Film Centre are institutions implementing national policy, as well as administering governmental financial support to the film industries of the Baltic countries. Their main functions are to support film production, promote national films, secure and distribute national film heritage and develop international contacts.

The Ukrainian Institute

The Ukrainian Institute is a public institution affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Its mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s international standing through the means of cultural diplomacy. The Institute facilitates international connections between people and institutions and creates opportunities for Ukraine to interact and cooperate with the world.

Registration is restricted to producers whose main activity is production and who have produced within the last four years at least one feature-length film commercially released in a theater or commercially distributed on global video streaming platforms.

Screenings during festivals will not be accepted as commercial distribution.

These professionals must provide proof of personal credits as a film producer (and not only their companies). Official documents may be required as proof to complete the request.
