Synopsis:
Michel and Cathy, wed for longer than they can remember, lead a quiet but monotonous life in the mountains. When a bear runs in front of Michel’s car, accidentally killing two drug dealers and revealing a €2 million stash, their life takes an unpredictable turn. They decide to cover up the incident and keep the money, but their clumsy plan soon attracts the attention of a suspicious inspector.
Director’s biography:
After a career in journalism and television and performing stand-up, Frank Dubosc established himself in cinema, becoming in the 2000s the star of several hit comedies, including the Camping trilogy and Barbecue. In 2018, he directed his first film, Rolling to You, a commercial and critical success. In 2025, he wrote and directed How to Make a Killing, which passed more than one million admissions in France and earned him the 2026 César Award for Best Original Screenplay.
