Ludovica Chiarini has been working as a sustainability manager on film sets for several years, while researching and fostering the implementation of sustainable practices, tech and policies among film institutions and the industry. EWA Network connects female professionals working in the screen industries, in Europe and beyond. It champions gender equality, pay parity and inclusion in the screen sector, for all women, from all backgrounds. The diverse and growing membership allows the network to ground its campaigning work in the real-world concerns of women creating original content for cinemas, broadcasters and streaming platforms.
Expert | Maria Ekerhovd (Producer)
Maria Ekerhovd founded Mer Film in 2011. Her last productions include THE INNOCENTS by Eskil Vogt, which premiered in Un Certain Regard in 2021.The same year, Maria Ekerhovd was awarded the Eurimage Co- production Award. In 2022 Mer Film released WAR SAILOR by Gunnar Vikene which has been a big box office success and that is releasing worldwide on Netflix 2n of April 2023.

Jonas Dornbach grew up in Perugia, Italy. He has been a permanent producer at Komplizen Film since 2010 as well as a partner and managing director since 2014. Among many other films, he produced “”Toni Erdmann”” by Maren Ade, “”Western”” by Valeska Grisebach and “Spencer” by Pablo Larrain. Jonas Dornbach is a member of the ACE and EAVE networks as well as the German.

As an institutional leader, Tamara worked as Director of the Georgian National Film Center. Her producing experience includes award winning Hostages by Rezo Gigineishvili (Berlinale in 2014). Tamara was awarded the French Distinction of Chevalier des Arts et des Lettre.
