The Marché du Film Announces the 2026 Participants for its Cannes Makers Training & Mentorship Program

The Marché du Film is proud to announce the nine international participants selected for the fourth edition of the Cannes Makers program, an intensive training and mentorship program designed to support the next generation of film industry professionals.

Supported by Creative Europe MEDIA, the 2026 edition of Cannes Makers will welcome these young, emerging talents under 30 to Cannes for a hands-on program combining expert-led sessions, networking opportunities, and direct exchanges with industry leaders. Participants will gain practical insights into international sales, distribution, and marketing, while developing key professional connections within the global film ecosystem.

This year’s cohort brings together young professionals from Belgium, Ethiopia, Italy, France, Poland, Togo, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Their varied backgrounds and perspectives will enrich the program, reinforcing the international spirit of the Marché du Film.
