Its entertainment labels include Adventure Line Productions, Air Productions, Banijay Productions France, DMLS TV, Endemol France, KM Production, Banijay Talents and Beau Soir. Its scripted entities include Authentic Media, Banijay Studio France, DMLS Films, Fiction’Air, Marathon Studio, Montmartre Films, Shine Fiction, Terence Films and Screenline.

Alexia Laroche-Joubert joined Banijay in 2008. After running her own label for eight years, she became President of Adventure Line Productions (ALP) in 2016. In 2021, she was appointed President of Miss France. Since December 2022, she has also been involved in creating and directing the scripted company Screenline’s Culte series for Amazon.
She is widely recognised for producing major hit shows such as Star Academy, Secret Story, Koh-Lanta and Fort Boyard, as well as for modernising the Miss France pageant and making it one of the two most-watched entertainment programmes in France.
A respected and visionary group leader, she is a member of the “100 Women of Culture” and a Knight of the French Legion of Honour.
Prior to joining Banijay, she held several senior industry positions, including Editor-in-Chief at TF1 for three years and Head of Programming at Endemol France for 13 years, following a decade at Canal+.

As VP General Manager of Paramount, Comedy Central and MTV networks at Viacom CBS UK, Louise was responsible for editorial output across linear TV, digital and social platforms, focusing on young audiences. Forbes named him the number one influencer in gaming, and a Top Creator of 2025. Variety has called him one of the twenty most influential celebrities among teenagers in the United States. Currently, Mark can be seen in the film adaption of popular video game Iron Lung which he self-financed, wrote, directed, edited and stars in. As of March 2026, the film has grossed over $41 million world-wide. Last year, he starred in New Regency’s The Edge of Sleep on Amazon, a limited-series based on the podcast of the same name, which spent its premiere weekend on Amazon Prime Video’s most watched TV chart. He currently co-hosts the popular podcasts “Distractible” and “GO! My Favorite Sports Team,” and can be seen in the Emmy-nominated YouTube Original Series In Space with Markiplier, the follow-up to his Award Winning series A Heist with Markiplier, where he serves as creator, writer, director, and star. Beyond digital platforms, Markiplier co-founded Cloak, a clothing company fostering inclusivity. They recently partnered with The Trevor Project, donating part of the proceeds from their limited edition collection “Binary,” which aims to “write the new code” instead of living according to others’ expectations. In 2018, she was appointed head of Acquisitions & Production at GOODFELLAS (then known as WILD BUNCH INTERNATIONAL).
