The winners of the Docs-in-Progress Awards have been revealed today during Doc Day. Presented in collaboration with our partner organizations, these distinguished awards celebrate standout documentaries in the final stages of production. They’re a mark of excellence and a respected benchmark in the documentary filmmaking world.
This year’s winners were selected by our esteemed jury: Maria Bonsanti, Soleil Gharbieh, and Kiyoko McCrae. They unveiled the winners during the Doc Day Award ceremony, marking the culmination of the Marché du Film’s annual Doc Day — the day-long celebration uniting the documentary community in Cannes for engaging panels, discussions, and masterclasses.
This year’s Doc-Day awards are offered by IEFTA, Al Jazeera Documentary, Chicken & Egg, TransPerfect Media, Rise and Shine, Alphapanda, Think-Film Impact Production, Rulli Putortì & Partners Law Firm, and DAE – Documentary Association of Europe Award.
