Investors Circle, the Marché du Film’s initiative bringing together film financing experts and exclusive feature film projects in development, returns for its fourth edition, from 16 to 17 May!
Each year, a distinguished Selection Committee plays a pivotal role in Investors Circle by identifying the most ambitious film projects to be showcased during an exclusive pitching session at the Plage des Palmes.
This year’s panel of experts welcomes renowned industry figures, including:
- Jean Des Forêts | Founder & CEO, Petit Film
- Céline Dornier | Content Executive, IPR.VC
- Alice Laffillé | Vice President of International Sales, FilmNation Entertainment
- Anthony Muir | Senior Executive for International Co-Productions, Film i Väst
Focused on large-scale cinematic projects with substantial budgets, the Committee ensures that these works reach leading international investors, setting the stage for the next wave of global cinema. Carefully selected for their potential to captivate audiences and investors alike, these projects – with budgets ranging from 3 to 9 million euros – represent a diverse array of storytelling and bold creative visions.
In 2025, the program spotlighted projects from acclaimed filmmakers such as Lukas Dhont (Close), Sebastián Lelio (A Fantastic Woman) and Jasmila Žbanić (Quo Vadis, Aida?), underscoring the high artistic and international calibre of the selection.
The Investors Circle will announce the Committee’s 2026 project selection this coming April.
