Established in 2019 by the Ministry of Culture, the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) supports the development of Taiwan’s creative content industry (CCI) such as film and television, future content, publishing, pop music, animation, gaming, performing arts, and visual arts by engaging in production, distribution, overseas market expansion, branding, talent cultivation, industrial research and more.

Susan HUANG | Mercury the third production
Susan Huang is a producer from Taipei, Taiwan. Susan has abundant experience in integrating and managing international crews. Recently she has involved in the work of the documentary “No No Thought”(in production), TV movie You Have To Kill Me (2021), short film Seafood Congee (2021), and co-produced “Old Fox”(2023), Jang-Gae: The Foreigner (2021).
Ivy Yu-Hua SHEN | Betula Films
Ivy Yu-Hua SHEN, the Taiwanese producer, has experience in film production and distribution. She is an alumnus of Ties That Bind, Rotterdam Lab, and Busan Asian Film School. In 2022, she founded the production company Betula Films based in Taiwan. The productions include features, shorts, and animations, many of which are international co-production projects.
Netherlands Film Fund

The Netherlands Film Fund is the national agency responsible for supporting film production and film related activities in the Netherlands. It offers various selective support schemes on production and distribution for minority Dutch co-productions. The Fund also runs the Film Production Incentive, and oversees the activities of the Netherlands Film Commission.

Loes KOMEN | Room For Film
Loes Komen graduated from the Dutch Film Academy in 2016 and together with Eva Verweij she founded Room for Film the next year. The short films they have been producing since then were selected for multiple international festivals. Loes is also a guest lecturer at the Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam.
Jonathan SMIT | Cabin Content
Jonathan Smit started as a production assistant at a documentary production company and worked his way up as a self taught writer, director and creative producer.
German Films
About
German Films Service + Marketing GmbH is the national information and advisory center for the promotion of German films worldwide and the official external representation for German films appointed by the federal government of Germany. The work focuses on increasing the level of awareness of German films abroad by providing information services as well as initiating PR and marketing measures.

Camille TRICAUD | Benedetta Films
Camille Tricaud was born in Bordeaux, France. She studied philosophy in Bordeaux and documentary filmmaking at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF), graduating in 2023. She founded Benedetta Films in 2022 with Felix Herrmann and Maximilian Bungarten. She has produced several award-winning short films and is particularly interested in European co-productions.
Annika BIRGEL | Problemkind Filmproduktion
Annika Birgel is a German producer based in Berlin. Her award-winning short films have screened at numerous international film festivals, including the Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes and the Toronto International Film Festival. She is currently developing her debut feature film, « Replica. »

Nach DUDSDEEMAYTHA | Musubi Arts Inc.
Nach Dudsdeemaytha is a Thai-Canadian filmmaker based in Vancouver, BC. He holds over a dozen producer credits on award-winning film projects. Through his company Musubi Arts, Nach strives to tell stories of the Asian diaspora with authenticity. He is currently developing AKASHI, a feature film slated for production in Japan this year with writer-director Mayumi Yoshida and producer Tyler Hagan.
Sibel GUVENC | Kybele Films
Sibel Guvenc is a Turkish Canadian director, writer, and producer based in Toronto who has received over thirty film awards and nominations at international film festivals including a Humanitarian Award Honorable Mention. She is selected for the Impact Lab with her first feature LOYA that was selected for the Whistler Film Festival Producers Lab & Power Pitch, and Netflix Canadian Pitch Day.

This year, as part of the impACT program, the Marché du Film is pleased to support two promising producers from countries without a government support system in place. The Marché du Film will offer these emerging talents scholarships to participate in the impACT Lab and follow the program alongside eight other international producers.

A left-field producer, director and writer, Tapiwa Chipfupa has several projects in development – The Other Half of the African Sky, a feature documentary and fiction features Sunflowers in the Dark and Life On The Other Side of the Sun which have already received several awards. Tapiwa is an alumnus of several institutions and was a member of the HotDocs Reading Selection Committee (2019-2020).

Akkel CHARLES | AA Shorts and Films
Akkel “Lee” Charles is a 23 year old filmmaker from Laventille, Trinidad and Tobago. His drive to create content comes from the immediate reality around him. The “Lee” in his name pays homage to his inspirations Spike and Stan Lee. Although young, his films have already been selected for competition at the trinidad+tobago film festival. He’s currently working on a new documentary, Bars on Bars.
