Estonian Film Institute

Estonian Film Institute (EFI) is a national foundation, financed mainly by the Ministry of Culture. The institute is broadly divided in three departments: development and marketing, production, and heritage. The main incentive of the Estonian Film Institute today – to evolve with time and make Estonian film more visible and competitive on the international arena. EFI opened a cash rebate incentive in 2016 to encourage better cooperation between local and foreign producers to shoot films in Estonia.

Films from Rio

In a unique joint venture in Brazilian film industry, some of Brazil’s major cultural, industry and training agencies came together to create Films from Rio. The program, in its third edition, has taken six projects and their producers to the most important film markets in the world. The Marché du Film in Cannes will be their final stop, after having attended and worked at RioMarket/ Rio de Janeiro IFF and then at Ventana Sur in Buenos Aires. The projects and their producers have been getting guidance and coaching from int’l market specialists throughout the entire program. It is a unique opportunity to show the world the best and most promising of Rio de Janeiro’s screenplays and projects.

Netherlands Film Fund

The Netherlands Film Fund is the national agency responsible for supporting film production and film related activities in the Netherlands. Its focus is to develop and strengthen Dutch cinema and film culture both domestically and internationally. The Film Fund offers various selective support schemes on production and distribution for minority Dutch co-productions. It also runs the Film Production Incentive, offering a 30% cash rebate on production costs spent in the Netherlands and oversees the activities of the Netherlands Film Commission.

Israel Film Fund

The Israel Film Fund was established in 1979 with the aim of supporting the production of Israeli Feature films. The Fund’s goal is to enable the best stories and scripts to be produced and to create the conditions for Israeli Filmmakers to bring their vision and talent to the Screen. The Fund's responsibility is to facilitate the development, production, co-production, marketing, promotion and distribution of full length Israeli Feature Films in Israel and worldwide.

Telefilm Canada

Telefilm Canada—Inspired by talent. Viewed everywhere. Celebrating 50 years in 2017, Telefilm is dedicated to the cultural, commercial and industrial success of Canada’s audiovisual industry. Through funding and promotion programs, Telefilm supports dynamic companies and creative talent at home and around the world. Telefilm also makes recommendations regarding the certification of audiovisual treaty coproductions to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, and administers the programs of the Canada Media Fund. FILM COMMISSION CHILE (FCCh) is a public, nonprofit entity whose primary objective is to promote Chile and its regions as an unparalleled location for international film productions, acting as a support network to facilitate permit applications, import film equipment, supply foreign producers with the necessary contacts within Chile's film industry, and provide information about economic benefits. CinemaChile is the public-private agency responsible for the promotion and diffusion of Chilean cinema and audiovisual production in the world.

Polish Film Institute

The Polish Film Institute is a funding body which supports film industry at all stages of film production with particular attention paid to international co-productions and promotes Polish films to potential audiences in Poland and abroad.
